The wellbeing service provides guidance and support in both the planning and delivery of a strategic wellbeing programme to help increase the health and wellbeing of your staff.
The customer organisation identifies a wellbeing lead/group to provide organisational direction and guidance to support the development of a tailored wellbeing programme.
A Wellbeing Advisor will work with the organisation's wellbeing lead / group to provide:
- Support and guidance for strategic plan development
- Tailored research to provide recommendations around best practice
- Web based information portal including news updates, signposting and advice
- Tailored annual plan of wellbeing activities
- Planning and co-ordination of bespoke wellbeing activities and events
